Decision Trust Infrastructure

How Bacenik Idaju turns uncertain decisions into executable trust.

This page guides operators, buyers, and implementation teams through the parts of Idaju that matter: intake, assurance, signals, certificates, governance, and portfolio-wide execution control.

A photorealistic command center visualizing trust signals and decision oversight.

01

Intake and scope

A user, workflow, or governed agent sends a decision into Idaju with scope, owner, jurisdictions, and consequence tier. The platform opens a decision record before any irreversible action happens.

02

Evidence and policy assurance

Evidence, policy rules, assumptions, and risk controls are assessed together. BASM transitions keep the state model explicit so execution cannot outrun assurance.

03

Signal and certificate

Idaju issues a Green, Yellow, Red, or Provisional signal with customer-safe explanation, trust score, and certificate artifacts that downstream systems can verify.

04

Execution, memory, and governance

Approved outcomes are logged to the ledger, agent actions are governed, and the decision graph becomes reusable memory for future judgment without leaking backend internals.

Signal Language

One traffic-light contract across every product.

Green means the action is authorized. Yellow means conditions must be cleared before irreversible commit. Red means execution is blocked. Provisional means limited authorization under explicit scope and monitoring.

Green

Proceed only with a valid certificate and authorization token.

Yellow

Pause execution and clear the stated conditions first.

Red

Block commit and surface the controlling risk or policy basis.

Provisional

Allow only within time, scope, and monitoring constraints.

What Each Part Does

Decision intake

Captures title, owner, BAP level, authority, and scope before work proceeds.

Traffic-light clarity

Turns trust evaluation into immediate action guidance people and apps can follow.

Certificates and tokens

Give downstream execution systems a machine-verifiable yes, no, or constrained approval.

Decision graph memory

Connects precedent, evidence, governance actions, outcomes, and agent execution history.

Admin control plane

Lets operators manage organizations, service accounts, trust profiles, and approvals.

Portfolio contract

Keeps every Bacenik product aligned to one signal language and one execution doctrine.
